1. What services does HealthCredSTAT Services provide?
We offer full-service credentialing. Our goal is to handle the paperwork and deadlines so you can focus on your work and life, not administrative tasks.
2. How do I get started?
Simply click the “Get Started” button on our website and choose the service package or individual service that best fits your needs! You’ll be able to securely upload documents to our HIPAA-compliant portal and receive real-time updates by text and email.
3. How long does the credentialing process take?
The timeline varies depending on the service you select and the third-parties involved. If you are a first time customer, please select the Initial Accelerated Credentialing. This initial service (only selected your first time) is where we first collect all of your information. Once you have need of our services again, you would select Accelerated Credentialing, which will help expedite the process even further since we already have your information. You'll simply be making any updates to your records at that point. While we can’t guarantee approval timelines, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
4. Is my personal information secure?
Yes. We take data protection very seriously. All information is stored in a HIPAA-compliant portal and transmitted using SSL encryption. Only authorized team members have access to your information.
5. What happens if I need to cancel my service?
If you cancel within 24 hours of purchase and before any work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund. If work has started, cancellations within five business days are eligible for a 50% refund. After that, services are non-refundable. Please see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.
