Cancellation & Refund

• Clients who submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of purchasing services are eligible for a full refund.
• Clients who submit a cancellation request after 24 hours but before five business days of purchasing services shall be eligible for a refund not to exceed 50% of any amount paid.
• Clients who submit a cancellation request after five business days shall not be entitled to a refund of any kind.
